Theft suspect identified and arrested
On November 24, 2019 at 3:19 p.m., police were called to a Bell Boulevard business regarding a theft suspect from an earlier investigation on November 13.
Back on this date, the female suspect was observed to have stolen merchandise and run out of the store.
She returned on November 24 and with the assistance of video surveillance, was identified.
Police arrested and charged 36-year-old Christine Roxanne Landry, of Belleville, with theft under $5,000.
She has been released from custody on an appearance notice to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in December.
