The Christmas season is just over a month away, and it is one of the busiest times of year for local food banks.
It is tough times for Gleaners and the Tri-County Warehouse.
Donations have decreased from last year, and they are trying to do more with less.
Sarah Kring with the Gleaners Food Bank says there are staple items for hampers.
Kring says donations are down, while the demand is up.
