A 37 year-old Belleville man appeared in Belleville court today following a traffic stop.
Members of the OPP Community Street Crime Unit and Belleville Police conducted a traffic stop in Quinte West on Thursday morning.
Officers arrested Brian Vining on an outstanding warrant for driving while disqualified.
While conducting their investigation, police also seized a large quantity of cocaine, with a street value of over $15,000.
Vining is charged with driving while prohibited, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
