Mother nature gave us a snow record Monday.
According to CFB Trenton’s Weather Office, just under 12 centimetres of snow fell.
The 1983 record was 6.2 centimetres.

Belleville Police responded to 15 accidents on slippery city roads on Monday.
Most were dealt with through the collision reporting centre.
The most serious was a three vehicle collision around 4:00 p.m. at College Street West and Frank Street.
A car slid into a pole.
A second car car also slid into the pole and another vehicle.
A Bell box was also destroyed.
One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Around 8:30 a.m. Monday morning, a school bus was rear-ended at Highway 2 and Wallbridge-Loyalist Road but the bus was empty at the time and there were no injuries.
A motorist was charged with careless driving following a two-vehicle collision on College East just after 3:00 p.m.
There were no injuries.
And around 7:00 p.m., police were called to a two-vehicle collision at Cannifton Road and College Street East.
Both drivers were charged, an 18-year-old woman with failing to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid a collision and a 33-year-old man was charged with driving while under suspension.
Just before 9:00 p.m., police say a vehicle slid off the road and crashed through a retaining wall on Lane Avenue.
The vehicle then struck a parked car which was pushed into another parked car.
There were no reported injuries.
