ONE LANE HAS BEEN RE-OPENED
A chemical called glycol burned in the back of a tractor trailer Tuesday morning in the 401 in Quinte West.
Shortly before 9:00 am, Quinte West OPP and Fire responded to the eastbound lanes between Glen Miller and Wallbridge Loyalist Roads.
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whalen says the fire was a few kilometres west of the Wallbridge Loyalist exit.
The Ministry of the Environment has been called to the scene, since glycol is a hazardous material.
