A Montreal man was caught behind the wheel of a stolen car by Lennox and Addington OPP early this morning (Thursday).
Officers were on patrol and responded to a report of a stolen vehicle that was travelling east on the 401.
The driver was stopped near Odessa with the assistance of a deflation device.
Sonny Simbert was arrested at the scene and charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
The 19-year-old will appear in court in Napanee later this month.
