The Trenton Golden Hawks picked their fourth straight win on the road last night in Georgetown over the Raiders.
After falling behind 2-0 in the first period the Hawks battled back with five unanswered goals on route to a 5-2 victory.
D’Artgnan Joly started the comeback for the Hawks with an early second period goal. Cameron Gaylor added two goals including the empty net dagger while Griffen Fox and Andrew Suriyuth scored the other Hawk goals. Sam Duchesne and Dalton Bancroft each picked up three assists.
Oliver Troop was between the pipes making 32 saves on 34 shots.
The Hawks now have a two point lead over the Wellington Dukes in the OJHL’s east division.
The Dukes have four games in hand however, including this afternoon’s game against the Lindsay Muskies in Wellington.
Trenton is back in action Friday, Nov. 8 at the Hangar against the Stouffville Spirit.
