Belleville Police arrested a shoplifter last night at a grocery store in the north end of the city.
Forty-nine-year-old Tonia Lois Marie Burshaw was allegedly seen stealing merchandise from the store around 6:30 p.m.
Police were called and after an investigation Burshaw was arrested.
She was charged with theft under $5,000.
Burshaw was released from custody on a promise to appear in court on November 28.
