Police in Prince Edward County have charged a 13-year-old following an assault.
OPP report on October 30 there was an altercation between four youths.
As a result of their investigation, a 13-year-old from Picton has been charged with assault and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Two other youths, aged 13 and 15, also of Picton, are facing charges of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
One youth was held for a bail hearing on November 1, while the other two teens will appear in court at a later date.
The identity of the youths charged can’t be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act in order to protect the identity of the victim.
