Charges have been laid after a fight in the hallway of Napanee District Secondary School last Friday.
The altercation was captured on video and was widely shared on social media.
Lennox and Addington OPP conducted an investigation and as a result, a 16-year-old was charged.
There were also numerous comments on the posts, and police say some are threatening, or promote retribution against others.
The OPP are discouraging any form of vigilantism.
The youth charged is in court December 9.
