Lennox and Addington OPP have charged a 32-year-old man with indecent exposure following an incident last Friday, October 18 near Napanee District Secondary School.
Police say they responded just after 8 a.m. after a report of a suspect committing indecent acts in a vehicle.
Nathan Thomas Elliott of Deseronto was arrested following an investigation and was held in custody over the weekend.
He is facing a charge of an indecent act in a public place and indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.
Elliott will appear in Napanee court on October 29.
