A Belleville man has been charged after a single vehicle crash on Shannonville Road this past Sunday.
OPP were called to the scene around 1:00 a.m., after the driver lost control of his northbound vehicle and went into the ditch.
He was treated for minor injuries in hospital and released, before being arrested and charged.
Investigators say 25-year-old Joseph Bradshaw has been charged with impaired driving and driving while over the legal blood alcohol limit.
He was released from custody with a court date in Napanee later this month.
