The Green Party’s candidate in Bay of Quinte riding got involved in politics because he wants to help build a future for his children and grandchildren.
Danny Celovsky appeared on the Meet the Candidate segment of CJBQ’s Lorne Brooker Show today (Thursday).
Celovsky is a 61-year-old retired data engineer who’s originally from Ottawa but has lived in various locations over his career.
Celovsky says scientists have known for decades that climate change was a threat and there’s not much time to avert serious problems.

Meanwhile, Celovsky says something that must be done right away is a major shift from vehicles powered by gasoline to ones that are electric.
