The manager of Human Resources for the City of Belleville is no longer employed.
Sources confirm to Quinte News that Tim Osborne was relieved of his duties after a closed meeting of council on Friday.
No further comment will be made as the decision is a personnel matter.
Osborne’s name has already been removed from the city’s staff directory.
He was hired for the Belleville position during a staff restructuring in 2014.
Prior to that he was manager of Human Resources for the City of Quinte West.
