In Junior “C” hockey the Picton Pirates outshot Campbellford 47-20 but needed an empty net goal from Nick Kerby Paliser to beat the Rebels 4-3. Campbellford goaltender Kyle Hayes kept it close with 43 saves.
Matt Poole scored two goals and an assist for the Pirates. Andrew Moran with a goal and assist for the Rebels who are home to Picton tomorrow night.
Tonight the undefeated Napanee Raiders (6-0) host Port Perry at 7:30.
