Grace Inn Shelter has been given another boost from a local businessman.
Chad Guziewicz of Tire Wizard made a donation of $3000 to Grace Inn on Thursday.
Grace Inn Board Chair Jodie Jenkins says their support will assist in creating a safe space for those who have nowhere to live.
In a statement Guziewicz says “As a business located in the downtown core, we have noticed an increase in homeless individuals in our community. This is just one way we can support an organization that will be assisting the most vulnerable in our city.”
The shelter, being built in the former Irish Hall in Belleville, is slated to open on December 2, 2019.
