The Cobourg Police are seeking the public’s assistance with locating a missing Cobourg male, 30-year-old Ryan Bailey.
Ryan was last seen in the area of Taunton Road East and Thickson Road North in Whitby between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on September 25, 2019.
Ryan is described as white, 6’1” tall, between 180 and 200 lbs, short brown hair with brown facial hair. Ryan was last known to be wearing blue jeans, grey skate type shoes, blue button up shirt, ball cap and sunglasses. Ryan has a tattoo of the word “Jackson” on his outer left forearm and a smiley face on the inner forearm.
