A man who is known to frequent the Ottawa area is wanted by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad.
Authorities say 21 year-old Omar Joumaa has breached the conditions of his release, while serving a two year sentence for drug trafficking.
Joumaa is described as a middle eastern man, is 5’9” tall and 144 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
