The Wellington Dukes leave the OJHL Showcase Tournament in Buffalo with a split.
The Burlington Cougars scored 3 unanswered second period goals on the way to a 7-3 victory over the Dukes.
Frank Vitucci and Quinn Hanna scored a goal and assist with Jake Gagnon adding the other. Gagnon has 8 goals and 10 assists in 9 games. Vitucci has 8 goals and 7 assists.
The Dukes are 7-2 and now tied with Trenton for first in the East Division. Trenton is at Wellington Sunday afternoon at 2:30.
The Golden Hawks host the Aurora Tigers tomorrow (Fri) at 7:30.
