Massive rally by Q.W. Minor Atom Hawks
The Quinte West Klemenic Homes Minor Atom Hawks proved once again it’s never over til it’s over.
Trailing the Clarington Toros 5-0 after the second period, Q.W. stormed back to win 6-5.
The Hawks tied the game with 52.5 seconds left in the third. Gage Madore scored the winner with 5.2 seconds left.
G-Hawks and Dukes in Buffalo
The Trenton Golden Hawks and Wellington Dukes find themselves in Buffalo New York for the next few days playing in the annual Showcase Tournament. The games count in the OJHL standings.
Trenton takes on the Buffalo Junior Sabres this evening and the Pickering Panthers tomorrow afternoon.
The Dukes play the Aurora Tigers tomorrow night and the Burlington Cougars on Wednesday.
