The first day of training camp is in the books for the Belleville Senators.
The team skated at CAA Arena on Monday morning and will do so each day this week, ahead of a pair of preseason games in Laval this weekend.
Head Coach Troy Mann says with it’s going to be a week of learning how to play the Senators’ systems.

The B-Sens have 32 players in camp, including 13 defencemen, which Mann says will give them a lot to look at.
Mann says the team will likely start the season with an expanded roster of 15 forwards, eight defencemen and three goaltenders and says the group seems deeper at the start of the season, compared to last year.
Both of Belleville’s preseason games this weekend can be heard on 800 AM CJBQ, at 2:50 p.m.
