Volunteers are getting set for Doors Open Belleville this Saturday, however in Quinte West they’re still recovering from their Doors Open event held last weekend.
Manager of Economic and Tourism Development for Quinte West Linda Lisle told the Quinte Economic Development Commission today (Thursday) that Saturday was very busy.
The biggest attraction was Research Castings International in Trenton which drew 4,500 visitors in just six hours.
Research Castings International manufactures life sized replicas of prehistoric creatures such as dinosaurs. Their work is displayed in world class museums around the globe.
