The Belleville Bulldogs in conjunction with Rugby Ontario is hosting a 7s tournament this weekend at Mary Ann Sills Park.
Almost 30 teams including the Belleville Bulldogs will take part in 3 elite divisions.
The Under 15 boys play on Saturday. The Provincial champion Under 15 girls and U-17 girls play on Sunday.
G-Hawks and Dukes on the road
The Trenton Golden Hawks and Wellington Dukes ride winning streaks into mid week action on the road tonight.
After a season opening loss the G-Hawks go after a 4th straight win in Buffalo. This is Trenton’s first road game of the year.
Meanwhile the 4-0 Dukes face the Patriots in Toronto.
Boys High School soccer begins
Jamal Owens notched the hat trick while Khaden Henry added a pair as the St. Theresa Titans defeated the St. Paul Falcons 5-0 as the Bay of Quinte High School boys senior soccer season began.
In other games the Prince Edward Collegiate Panthers edged the Bayside Red Devils 2-1.
The Centennial Chargers clipped the Eastside Ravens 4-1.

In junior boys soccer Sheldon Purchase scored 3 to lead Bayside over PECI 3-2.
Shane Jerrett led St. Paul’s attack with a hat trick in the Falcons 9-0 victory over St. Theresa. Owen Brooks recorded the clean sheet.
