Two men are facing drug charges after refusing to leave a licensed establishment on North Front Street last night (Tuesday).
Staff had asked the men to leave after alleging they were using drugs at a table.
Belleville police responded and arrested the pair.
Thirty-nine-year-old Brian Orford of Belleville was charged with possession of a narcotic and breach of probation.
Damian Helm of Trenton was charged with two counts of possession of a narcotic and one count of breaching an undertaking.
Meanwhile, a traffic stop by Belleville police early yesterday morning led to drug and weapons charges.
Just before 4 in the morning officers stopped a vehicle on College Street West.
While investigating, police spotted what looked like a handgun.
Alisha Maille, 29, of Belleville was charged with possession of an imitation firearm and possession of a narcotic.
Nicholas Deline, 18, also of Belleville, was charged with breaching probation and an undertaking.
Thomas Breen, 24, of Napanee, was charged with possession of a narcotic.
All appear in court some time next month.
