Residents of Foxboro are being invited to an open house on Wednesday to review suggestions on how to reduce the impacts of flooding in the Moira River floodplain.
Quinte Conservation is hosting the drop-in meeting at the Gerry Masterson Community Centre, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., to go over the five scenarios that have been developed to help the 200 or so homeowners deal with potential flooding.
If you’re not able to attend you can still get information on the scenarios and give your feedback by emailing QC’s Water Resources Manager Christine McClure at cmcclure@quinteconservation.ca.
