Belleville police are investigating break and enters that occurred recently.
The first occurred at a Bell Boulevard business. Police say a hole was cut in a fence and suspects entered a construction yard where five Makita compressors and eight rolls of sure deck roofing were stolen.
And early Monday morning, officers began an investigation after a residence on Ritz Road had been broken into.
About $5,000 worth of coins were stolen.
