There was tragedy in the Kawartha Lakes area north of Peterborough late yesterday (Sunday) morning.
A 3-year-old child was driving a beginner sized all terrain vehicle on private property without permission.
It rolled and the child was pronounced dead at hospital.
The incident occurred around 11:30 near the Hamlet of Glenarm.
