Belleville Transit, and Quinte Access will not operate.
Banks do not operate either.
The doors at the Quinte Mall will be locked, but some of the adjacent businesses outside may be open.
Two area Beer Stores will be open, they are 49 Byron Street Trenton, and 113 Station Street Belleville.
LCBO stores will be closed.
Pharmacies may be open, so call ahead to make sure.
