An initial public meeting will be held on Tuesday as Belleville’s Planning Committee looks at an application for another commercial/industrial development on Bell Boulevard.
The developer is proposing to create nine lots for future use, on 6.8 hectares of land north of the roadway, on the east side of Hannafin Road.
Once developed, access to the lots would be off Hannafin Road and Enterprise Drive, with limited access to Bell Boulevard.
If approved, the lots will be developed on full municipal services.
Members of the public will be able to give their initial thoughts on the application at the Planning Committee meeting, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall on Tuesday.
