A 27-year-old G1 driver from Iroquois is facing impaired driving charges following an accident in Deseronto on Thursday night.
Lennox and Addington OPP report they were called to Dundas Street around 7 p.m. along with paramedics and members of the Tyendinaga Fire Department for a vehicle rollover.
Police have charged Ryan Allan Hey with impaired operation, operation over 80mgs, G1 licence holder unaccompanied by a qualified driver, and novice driver with blood alcohol above zero charges.
He was issued a licence suspension for 90 days and the involved vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
Hey was released and will appear in court at a later date.
