There was a crash in east end Belleville overnight.
Thursday morning around 1:30 a.m., emergency crews were called to Dundas Street East, near the CP tracks, for a one vehicle crash.
Crews says a driver took his vehicle onto the train tracks, and got stuck, with the vehicle leaning towards a ditch.
The vehicle suffered major damage, while no injuries were reported.
Thirty-two-year-old Gordon Thomas of Belleville was charged with impaired operation, and over 80 milligrams.
He will appear in court next month.
