There are reports of a grass fire in Tyendinaga Township this hour.
Township firefighters were dispatched to 2073 Casey Road near Shannonville Road for the reports of flames and smoke in a field, around 2:20 p.m.
Mohawk and Belleville firefighters have also been called in for support.
The reports also noted that the flames appeared to be spreading towards a barn on the property, but no other details were immediately available.
