It’s still mid-August but the Trenton Golden Hawks were on the ice at the JPHC Summer Showcase Tournament in Toronto yesterday, splitting the day with a tight loss and a lopsided victory.
Mackenzie White and Aaron Jamison scored in the 3-2 loss to a Georgetown Raiders yesterday afternoon, while George Wyatt had a pair, with four other goal scorers also chipping in, in a 6-1 win over the Burlington Cougars last night.
Trenton is off today but will play North York tomorrow and Stouffville on Sunday, with both games set for 2:30 starts.
