An expected guilty plea to charges of discreditable conduct against a Quinte West OPP officer has been delayed.
Constable Al Detlor was to have entered a plea yesterday (Wednesday) but the matter has been put off until September 11 when sentencing

The OPP Professional Standards Bureau charges came after impaired driving and obstruct police charges were laid against the off-duty Detlor after an early morning single vehicle crash in October of last year.
In criminal court Detlor pleaded guilty and was fined $1,500 and had his licence suspended for one year.
He is currently suspended with pay. He has been a police officer for 13 years.
