A major watermain break that closed an east end Belleville intersection for over 10 hours has been repaired.
The area around the intersection of Bridge Street East and Herchimer Avenue is now open to traffic.
A watermain burst around 9:30 Tuesday night causing water to gush from both sides of the street and flooding the intersection.
