On Tuesday August 13, 2019 Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision at Picton Main and Bridge Streets involving a car and a pedestrian.
At approximately 10:40 a.m., OPP officers and Hastings EMS attended to the collision involving a pedestrian and a car. The 87-year-old male pedestrian was crossing on Bridge Street when he was struck. The victim was transported to local hospital with minor injuries.
A 34-year-old from Prince Edward County, Ontario has been issued a Provincial Offences Notice for an improper left turn.
