Provincial Police say they’ve been fielding calls today about anti-abortion protests going on across the region and there is nothing they can do.
One of those protests is happening in downtown Trenton, where demonstrators are holding graphic signs with pictures of late-term, unborn babies.
Police say while those images are disturbing, the demonstrators are well within their rights to be there, as per the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and are asking people upset by the images not to call and report them.
