The young man charged with assaulting three other men in the area of a North Front Street Belleville bar in June will appear for a bail hearing today (Monday).
Joshua Dunn, 21, left the scene of the assaults and was arrested on the weekend after city police conducted a traffic stop.
Dunn is charged with aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, and assault.
One of the victims had to be rushed to Kingston General Hospital with serious head injuries.
The other two suffered minor injuries.
