A medical office on Belleville’s Dundas Street East, James McMahon Dentistry, is proposing to expand its facility to the neighbouring lot.
On Tuesday night, the city’s Planning Committee heard that the intent is to permit the expansion of the existing medical office located at 262 Dundas Street East.
This would be after merging with the vacant residential lot directly to the west, 260 Dundas Street East.
The medical centre is in the city’s Dundas Street East Corridor which has a long list of permitted uses, including commercial and business.
City staff indicated comments from the public, as well as comments from city departments and agencies, will be considered, and a report will be brought back to the committee.
There were no comments from the public during the committee meeting.
