A 35-year-old man from Greater Napanee will appear in court after an indecent act in Bath earlier this month.
Lennox and Addington OPP report officers responded on July 15 to Bath Road, or Hwy. 33, where a man had allegedly been exposing himself while in a white SUV.
Police arrested Joshua Duncan MacPherson and charged him with an indecent act in a public place.
He will appear in Napanee court on August 13.
