Work is just about complete for renovations to Trenton-Frankford Road, after part of the road was destroyed last month.
On Saturday June 15 in Glen Miller, a dam on the Trent River near the Sonoco Paper Mill failed, spilling water through the area, destroying a portion of road, and even pushing a car into the river.
Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison says Friday the road will reopen for the weekend.
Harrison says the work will be paid up front by the municipality and cost a lot.
It will stay open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and then close again on Monday to do the finishing touches
