There’s good news when it comes to surgical procedures at Campbellford Memorial Hospital.
The two operating rooms at Campbellford Memorial were recently closed due to electrical issues.
However, so called “scope” procedures, such as gastroscopies, will resume in another area starting August 7.
The “scope” procedures make up about 65% of surgical procedures at Campbellford Memorial.
Meanwhile, hospital officials now say an outside mechanical/engineering firm will begin assessing options for the repair of the operating rooms starting tomorrow (Thursday).
