Quinte West OPP have charged a novice driver after a single vehicle crash on Hamilton Road on the weekend.
It happened around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday and the driver wasn’t injured.
However, police say the 29-year-old man was issued a three-day suspension for being a novice driver with a blood alcohol content over zero.
Also on Sunday, Quinte West OPP started looking into a break-in at a home on Barcovan Beach Road.
Suspects got into the home sometime between July 13 and 21 and stole electronics, personal documents and a trio of wetsuits.
