At approximately 12:10 a.m. on July 23, 2019, Cobourg Police arrested a woman as a result of an ongoing police investigation regarding stolen and unauthorized use of credit cards. Heather Gill-Fallowfield, 48 years old, was charged with the following offences:
- Unauthorized Use of Credit Card Data
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Breach of recognizance
- Breach of probation X2
Heather Gill-Fallowfield was held for a bail hearing.
