Council in Prince Edward County will hear two deputations about Save Picton Bay Tuesday night.
At their regular council meeting at Shire Hall, Victor Lind and Brian Etherington, will both speak to the recent Court of Appeal decision regarding Picton Bay.
Earlier this month, a judge with the Ontario Court of Appeal granted the group Save Picton Bay, the right to appeal a recent Superior Court decision.
Save Picton Bay expects the appeal to move ahead later this year.
Council meets at Shire Hall in council chambers at 7:00 pm.
