The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement known as the R.O.P.E. Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
Kody Whitmarsh is described as a 34-year-old white man, standing 5’10 and 149 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is tattooed with two roses on his forearm and a Tribal symbol on his right forearm.
He is serving a two year sentence for armed robbery and utter threats to cause death.
The offender is usually travelling between Kingston, Belleville, Port Hope and Trenton.
