The Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment will be undertaking a 100 Mile March early next week.
The march is set to begin at 5 a.m. on July 8 and wrap up on July 9 around 7 p.m.
Fifteen members of the reserve unit will march through Belleville, Cobourg and Peterborough, showcasing the strong relationship the Regiment has fostered with the communities.
The public is welcome to come and see the soldiers during their march and take pictures.
The aim of the march is to enhance soldiers’ knowledge of their regimental history, promote fitness and engage with the communities the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment draws its soldiers from.
