Firefighters from across Canada competed in what some call the toughest two minutes in sports, at the FireFit championships in Quinte West on the weekend.
Quinte West ended up with some gold.
Firefighters came from as far as away as Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Whitehorse in the Yukon, with 160 ready to compete.
