Two separate apartment complexes are applying to the City of Belleville to switch to condominium status.
The city’s Planning Advisory Committee will hold public meetings on both applications at its regular meeting on Tuesday.
One application to change to condominium status is from Parkside Apartments Limited for its seven-storey 68-unit building at 217 Bridge Street East.
The other is for two three-storey 12-unit apartment buildings at 230-232 Moira Street East.
In each case, existing tenants would have security of their tenure and right of first refusal on the purchase of an existing unit.
The Planning Advisory Committee meets at 5:30 Tuesday.
