Prince Edward County council has approved severances and zoning changes for two proposed developments.
At a meeting Wednesday night, council passed a staff recommendation to allow a residence, along with a proposed
commercial distillery, on almost five hectares of vacant land along County Road 1, at Wilson Road in Bloomfield/Hallowell.
A severance and zoning change was also approved to allow a proposed residence and a retreat featuring guest cabins at 3672 County Road 8 on 10 hectares of land in North Marysburgh ward.
The property will have significant frontage on Lake Ontario.
